Animals in a factory
What is factory farming after all?
Did you ever thought about how a farm should be? Did you ever imagine that a farm should be something similar to a vehicles factory, filled with steel parts, production lines, full-time workers, without any kind of waste like wasting of time, wasting of products, wasting of money, wasting of capacity?
Well, if you like to think that a farm should be like the old days, with free and happy animals as the companies shows us, you should think twice about that and review your groceries choices.
We are not discussing the pros and cons related to Veganism, no meat products, animal killing or if a person that likes a barbecue should have been given the capital punishment and die in an electric chair. As we think about the relationship between humans and animals, it should be a relationship based on mutual benefits, so, the idea of treating animals as "stuff", "parts", "products", "wastes and gains" is the most terrible way of using the humans capability and intelligence when dealing with the most precious thing that is life.
Everything must reach a balance, so, as nature shows us that every creature has his own part on the ecosystem, the human being should integrate this system as a part of it, not as the owner of it.
In other words, if we want something from the nature, we need to give something in exchange. And, if the humans need consume animal products, the minimum requirement that we need to follow is to treat them well, and give them the best they can have in exchange of the life that they are given to us.
If consume animal products is something right or something wrong is another question. The fact is that if we are consuming animal products, we need to give them the best that they deserve.
Watch this video and think about it.
